The Ember Collective was founded by experienced HR leaders who saw a gap: small businesses, especially in healthcare and behavioral health, were struggling to access the level of HR expertise that larger organizations take for granted. With more than 20 years of experience leading HR across multi-site, multi-state, $100M+ organizations, our team knows how to navigate the real challenges of growing businesses.
We specialize in healthcare, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, psychiatric care, and ABA therapy—but we partner with small businesses across all industries. Our clients get access to practitioners they’d never be able to afford full-time—fractionally, and affordably.
